I sit at the Tampa Airport, waiting for my flight to Miami, the first leg of my trip.
Checking and security was quick and no problems. Bottled water in the terminal is expensive. Right now I am enjoying a $4 Perrier.
Alex told me yesterday (via IM) that Jose Manuel and Alejandro are planning to meet me at the Santander airport. Then I go to Alejandro's house, where I'll meet up with Alex and Marcos (2 year old son). Then we'll go to Alex's for lunch. I figure lunch will happen between 2:30 and 3:30. I'm jumping right into the cultural lifestyle. Dinner will be after 9:00, and I know they retire about 10:00 on work nights. Oh well, here goes!
Alex also told me that friend David is now a father. David's wife Lore, gave birth yesterday to a healthy little girl, Estela. I know they are relieved that part is over.
No news on Nuria's baby. I guess all is well and on schedule for the end of April.
